June 3rd was my sweet nephew Logan's birthday. He's one of the brightest kids I've ever met... and so full of energy! His mother describes him as "a fly trapped in a glass box," which I think is perfect. Always zipping from one place to another with a very short attention span, he keeps us all on our toes!
I don't get to see his sweet face nearly as much as I'd like to, but he's a great pen pal and he keeps me posted on what's going on in his life. He also sends me art work, which I have plastered all over my fridge.
He loves animals, soccer, boy scouts, swimming, and being outdoors. He knows everything there is to know about things like Dinosaurs and creepy crawlies. He's like a little encyclopedia. He's also incredibly artistic and a very talented sketch artist. He's so curious and fun-loving that it's contagious! His very silly and extremely rowdy, but that runs in the family I'm afraid. Probably one of my favorite qualities about Logan is his enormous heart. He has a habit of writing [unprompted] heartfelt letters to people thanking them and letting them know how much they mean to him. How many little boys do you know that do that?
